Brief Answer:
You have nothing to worry about only diet and healthy lifestyle for your BP

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!

I read your query and understood your concern. You should go to ER only if you are experiencing a new onset chest pain or the pain change its characteristics (become more frequent or more intense).

Otherwise you have nothing to worry about; you have only a slightly elevated BP that can be treated. In your case I recommend a healthy lifestyle and diet (avoids alcohol, salty, fatty foods and increase physical activity). For the moment I don’t think you should start treatment.

Hope this was of help!
