Detailed Answer:
HI
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.
Your fasting level and post lunch levels are fine but post dinner levels are slightly elevated.
But controlling post dinner sugar levels very tightly can be harmful as it can cause early morning low sugars ( Hypoglycemia)
Since your fasting sugars are still slightly high we can slightly increase the dose your night diabetic medicine.
Kindly let me know what medicines you are taking for diabetes.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for the follow up .
Well if you are not taking medicines then no need to start.
Your diet and exercise is fine so kindly continue .
I would recommend you to get a test called HBA1C. This test will give us an idea of your 3 months average blood sugar levels and if that is elevated you may require medicine else no need.
Kindly revert back with the test report.
