Question: i have two small mole on my penis shaft, they appeared about a year ago they haven't grown or itch or change color, i do real cuttimy my self once when i was trimming just wondering what may be ?

From this photo it looks like raised, oval wart which caould be sign of infective dermatosis such as HPV wart or molluscum contagiousm but also it may be fibroma which is not infective.
