Brief Answer:
It is Lipoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Lipoma, collection of fat.
There are no medicines for thus.
Surgery is the only option.
If you want to know the exact diagnosis before surgery, FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling has to be done.
As the swelling is small,I prefer to remove the swelling surgically and send it for histopathological examination ( Biopsy ). Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
