What shall I do kindly suggest.
Brief Answer:
Relook laparotomy is needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your query and concern.
This seems to be recurrent/relapse of colonic cancer, secondary origin being the surrounding lymph nodes.
You need to have a relook laparotomy and a surgical resection if needed.
A concomitant radiotherapy may also be needed in few cases.
A PET scan of the total body is strongly needed to detect the exact source and location of recurrence.
Post your further queries, if any.
Thank you.
