Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
I hope you have received the reply of your query (same) posted before. I am trying to explain your symptoms again.
It might be a possibility that your symptoms are just due to soft tissue injury. You can take a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid for relief from pain and localized swelling.
If the symptoms persists or symptoms like persistent headache, vomiting, ear or nasal bleed, disorientation or giddiness appear, you should seek immediate medical attention. A CT scan of head will be helpful to rule out any internal injury.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
