Suggest Treatment For Soft Tissue Swelling
Soft tissue swellings
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
I have gone through your query, and these swellings does seem like arising in the soft tissue. Once they grow in size they can cause the pain you are having as it presses on the neighboring structures causing restriction of movement.
Since you say the swelling size has been increasing, it is advisable to get a FNAC done for the swelling. An ultrasound will be helpful to determine the exact nature of the swelling. But FNAC is mandatory.
If anything comes up in FNAC, we can investigate further with MRI or other investigations. If it is just a ganglion, there is no reason to worry and it can be excised with a minor surgery
Hope the information was useful
DO let me know for more queries. Would be happy to help out

I would suggest you attach the pictures and address it to the customer care
Never the less, it will be better to get an ultrasound done for the swelling over the neck and get an FNAC done to rule out any cancerous lesions. If it is growing, it is something we need to look into
Hope the information was useful

Neck Swelling
Detailed Answer:
Good evening XXXXXXX
I have gone through your X Rays. There is a slight bit of soft tissue swelling, but nothing infiltrating the bone. X rays are not a good modality for soft tissue swelling though.
Get an Ultrasound done, to rule out if it a lymph node enlargement or a lipoma or a ganglion. It looks one of the 3 only on the X Ray. A FNAC would give us the exact diagnosis and the further management
Do let me know once you have got it done
