Brief Answer:
It could be a Boil or an infected sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Welcome to Health Care magic and Thanks for your question.
Since when has this lump been there and how big is it?
Is there any redness over it? Do you have fever since this lump has come up?
It could be an infected sebaceous cyst or a boil. Did you get any injection in that arm recently?
You should get evaluated by a GP or a Surgeon.
You would probably start a course of antibiotics like Ceftum twice a day for 5 to 7 days and pain killers like Tylenol as and when required after meals.
Take care and do let me know if there are any other queries on this issue.
