Question : My left testicale has been sore for the last few days. Not the ball itself but the soft tissue around it not intense pain but uncomfortable. This all happened after i took a sort nap couple of days ago so im guessing it got in awkward potion for that night maybe sore from that. But wanted to make sure

Thanks for posting your query.
Pain over scrotum due to faulty position during sleep is unusual.
There are many reasons fore pain over scrotum.
Commonest are :
1. Furuncle, folliculitis or abscess if it occurs over the skin of scrotum.
2. If it is inside the scrotum most common problem could be due to "Epididymitis". A convoluted tube over the testis got inflamed and is called as epididymitis. Once again this epididymitis could be due to variety of reasons ranging from STD, Tuberculosis, Filariasis etc.
A careful examination and investigation will fix the diagnosis and etiology. Treatment has to be planned accordingly. Consult your surgeon and get well soon.
