Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Upper Arm
Question: Hello there
I have a very sore upper arm - am in a sling - hit my elbow off a screw sticking up out of a wall in supermarket carpark as was putting shopping onto back seat. Was painful at time but a busy person has to get on with it. Woke up with a dead arm 2 days later. Very sore. Where should I take it or is it something that will get better itself after a little while (hopes!) ?

i cant upload an image at this time and it just looks like a scratch. I wasn't bleeding much at the time just a little. I'm not on any drugs for it.
