Brief Answer:
Please consult Dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today

Since when you have this sore? Are you sexually active.?
It may be hair follicle infection of the skin near the clitoris.
If you are sexually active there is possibility of herpes or other sexually active disease.
For the pain take Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily. Consult Dermatologist at the earliest for the right diagnosis so that you can take antiviral/ antibiotics.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
