Suggest Treatment For Sores On The Breast

Question: 2 sores on my left breast. One I have had for about a month and the other popped up this week. Skin is broken but not oozing or tender.

It's looking like a superficial bacterial infection.
Try an over the counter available antibiotic cream twice daily for a week.
If there is no response a biopsy might be required to rule out other possibilities.
