Suggest Treatment For Spinal Back Pain

Question: I am having a back pain which is in the joint of spine and ip. The pain is up to lower legs. Could you please suggest some medicine? It's becoming very bad time to time and using a hot pad or volini is not helping.

I would like to know since when are you having back pain?
Do you feel any numbness or tingling?
Have you ever done X- ray of spine?
For pain I suggest you paracetamol with Ibuprofen combination (Like combiflame) After food twice a day. I also suggest you topical analgesics like Hifenac gel.
Continue hot water bags. Do not sit in same position for long time.
If you are overweight try to reduce weight.

I am having the pain for last 4-5 days or so. I did the XRay long time back and back then it was normal. I will try your advice.Thanks for quick addressal.
