Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar
After going through your query I think you may have got soft tissue injury in your right knee. As you said there is no swelling then no need to worry much.
You can take analgesics such as diclofenac/ibuprofen available over the counter.
Rest is advised to promote healing.
Keep it elevated and continue to ice it. Do not massage. No hot fomentation.
Vitamin B-complex and vitamin C are advised to take to promote healing of wound.
I have two questions for you
1.When it occurred?.
2.Whether you have fever?
To further investigate the case X-RAY KNEE is advisable to see any bony injury and MRI of knee to see if any part of splinter broken inside and soft tissue injury.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care
