Question: Hi how are you? I am currently getting over sinus infection but have had trouble sleeping each night. I havr noticed a spot behind my left ear of my head hurts

yoU SHOULD PLAIN water steam for 15 min each night before sleeping and this should help draining of sinuses and offering ac comfortable sleep at night.

I suffer from anxiety sometimes i forget to take my medicine well i have been sick for over two weeks witha sinus infection now i feel like i have some sort pain in my lower back left sode of my head im scared

Thanks for the follow up,
As you have been suffering from a sinus infection since last 2 weeks , the pain extending being the ear over the temporal region indicates a possible spread of infection to the ear or to the mastoid region, which can cause constant headache.
Hence it is recommended that you should be started on a course of antibiotics with antihitaminics like SINAREST TABS and regular twice a day plain water steam inhalation to control the infection further and treat it sooner. If the pain worsens then you need to be visiting an ENT specialist for a detailed evaluation soon.
