Brief Answer:
possible intraductal papilloma

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The most common cause of a greenish discharge from the nipple could be a inarticulate papilloma which can be present accompanied with small cysts along the milk ducts.
This nevertheless would have to be distinguished form a ductal ectasia which can present with yellow and blood tinged discharge. The best would be opt for a discharge culture and local biopsy for ascertaining the cause. Most of the discharges though are physiological and often due to benign conditions.
Large breasts are more prone to fat injury and pus formation in form of small abscesses in milk ducts. Please get an ultrasound breast done and a culture for the discharge to isolate if any infective organism and then if required a fine needle aspiration cytology may be done to establish the diagnosis .
Please discuss in detail with your physician and take an informed decision.
