Suggest Treatment For Stage 4 Lung Cancer
Question: I have a friend who has CRE & is in hospital. I understand it is colonized. She was intubated & treated for Respiratory failure twice & sepsis once. She is wanting to go to rehab but places won't take her due to CRE. Do you have any tips I can use to help the family ? She is stage 4 lung cancer but very alert & motivated. She was hospitalized due to abdominal abscess & has been on TPN for several weeks too.

Read with her her favorite book, listen to her favorite music, prepare her favorite dish and have lunch by her bed together...these are some tips. But I'm sure you can come up with more things while will be by her side.
