Question: I have sticky residue in my hair it can get oily or dry. when I shampoo it gets worse fees like I am shampooing with hair spray and when I get a hair cut its gets dry and frezzy

also the front of my hair the folicals are like glued to my skin it does not grow to where it moves it just gets frezzy I can not brush the haitlr off my forehead when it grows or slick it back if I try it just frizes like the hair is burnt like its fried
