Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck, Nausea And Bad Headache

Question: My daughter has had a stiff neck her fever that gos up and down, but the highest has been 100.3 but I also have been given here Advil. She has also has nausea and at time a really bad headaches. It's been 2 days now, I was going to take her to the docter today, witch is day 2, but she said she was felling better, but tonight she was sick agin and running a fever of 100.3 agin, but also had given her Aleve 2 hous before I check agin.
Also she has not had any food in 2days now. She will be 16 on 1/22

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Symptoms of your daughter suggests that it may be a viral fever.
In my opinion you should wait for couple of days and see how the fever behaves.
At the moment you should give her tablet paracetamol for fever or headache or body ache.
There is no requirement of giving any other medication at the moment.
In case fever doesn't resolve in next 48 hours or if it increases,then you would have to consult a doctor for physical examination and investigations.
