Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain Along With Neck And Arm Pain

Question: Hi, I just got really sick ( 60 year old fat female): stomach pain, dull chest pain, back, neck and left arm pain. Also extreme weakness and cold sweating. I had not eaten for several hours so I doubt it was indigestion. The pain sort of felt like a wire brush on a drill In my stomach and chest, but with dull pain too. I was rocking and moaning in pain that just kept getting worse

How can I tell if the 20 minutes of pain was anything to worry about. I took two adult aspirin at the end and felt so much better a few minutes later

It could have been a cardiac event

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
The symptoms you have described looks like you could have had a minor cardiac event , the response to aspirin only ascertains it.
Only other thing that could have occurred is hypoglycaemia.
Are you diabetic?
I would suggest you to get an ECG done to prove if there was any cardiac event .
You can follow up with cardiologit if ECG shows any previous ischaemic changes.
