Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have described your wife health condition broadly. Ulcer is more associated with stomach and duodenum. Since she has already visited a doctor and is on treatment, I would like to review the treatments. Can you upload her reports and treatment history here using the site's uploader.

Hi, Dr. Please find the attached reports & kindly suggest
Brief Answer:
She needs regular follow up with gastroenterologis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The reports are suggestive of Crohn's disease.
By now, I hope you understand that this is a chronic inflammatory condition where unknown factors are damaging her intestines / colon leading to ulcers. Since the cause is not yet known, we start treatment in an attempt to prevent the damages.
As the treatment is prevention of damage, she needs to be constantly monitored. Therefore regular follow up with a doctor preferably a gastroenterologist is the key.
As far as the treatment is concerned, the doctors prescription was not very legible. However from what I could sense, she is on antibiotic and multivitamins. These are good initial treatment option. Please check with your doctor if there are antiinflammatory drugs such as NSAID or steroid. Following this, she might need immunomodulator such as methotrexate or tumor necrosis factor inhibitor (infliximab).
Since these drugs have various side effects, the dose will be based on her tolerance. Her treating doctor / gastroenterologist will be the ideal ones to suggest it.
I strongly recommend you follow the doctor's instruction. If needed you can take a second opinion through gastroenterologist on this panel.
I wish her a speedy recovery.
Regards
