Brief Answer:
Possible hypothyroidism.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Dizziness is possibly due to systemic causes like anemia and hypothyroidism.
Before we get to the diagnosis of stress induced anxiety, we need to get evaluation for anemia, blood pressure and thyroid hormone profile.
Dizziness is usually rarely in anxiety. Hypothyroidism can present with all these symptoms including some amount of psychosis.
Clenching of jaw/teeth even though during day time is a sign of stress, night time, is dependent on the dreams. You will need relaxation and meditation.
Due to dizziness, postural vertigo, anti-anxiety drugs needs to be avoided for now.
Get a complete hemogram, thyroid hormone profile and blood pressure evaluated. Based on findings, treatment can be discussed. Meet your doctor for tests.
Hope it helps.

Hi, i dont get dizzy as such, it is like a whoosh 3 times, only when i change position in bed and it has happened a couple of times after i have looked up at screen at the airport or once when i was leaning down watching a video on my phone. I have some days where i am feeling completely normal. Is hypothyroidism curable and is it manageable and not dangerous? Thanks
Brief Answer:
Postural hypotension due to dehydration/hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Changing position and dizziness is called as postural hypotension. It’s uncommon so early. Possibly of dehydration. Hypothyroidism can cause it.
Need to check blood pressure in varying positions immediately to evaluate postural hypotension.
Hypothyroidism is completely curable and manageable with regular medication. If treated, it is not at all dangerous.
Do get all the tests, I mentioned earlier done. Also take good amount of fluids during daytime.
Hope it helps.
