) Do you have any other clinical features beside heavy bleeding?
Heavy bleeding, clots, fatigue, and slight anemia. No other symptoms.
2) Do you complete your family or try to be pregnant? Year of last child birth ?
I think I'm done having kids, but not completely sure if I want to give up the option.
Last child born in 2005.
3) Do you have any family H/O genital malignancy or carcinoma?
No, not that I know of.
4) Do you undergo Pap smear test? If yes, What is the result?
Yes, has always came out normal every year. This year I have not been able to get one, because I'm always bleeding.
I was researching and thought the least invasive option for me would be a hysteroscopic resection/myosure/with endometrial lining to be removed at same time. Your opinion would be appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Following treatment options are available.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your updated information. I have reviewed attached image.
1) Ultrasound scan shows submucus fibroid with thickened endometrium or hyperplasia. One endometrial biopsy is suggested to rule out carcinomatous changes (if any).
2) There are several treatment options available. It includes:
MEDICAL - Progesterone agent like Medroxyprogesterone acetate and GnRH analogue are used to arrest bleeding. LNG-IUS like MIRENA is also helpful.
SURGICAL - It is the best option in respect to Submucus fibroid. Hysteroscopy and submucus resection (performed through vagina) is quite effective T/t procedure. Endometrial ablation is also required to destroy uterine lining (for thickened endometrium or hyperplasia).
MyoSure and uterine artery embolization are some other treatment options. Last thing is hysterectomy when above procedures are fail to control heavy bleeding. It is done when family is completed.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care. Take IRON supplements to combat anemia and maintain genital hygiene.
