Sometimes i get pain in leg, fingers as well. Since i started meds. Its been two weeks. Earlier i had chest pain but got a normal ecg and echo.
Brief Answer:
Could be muscular, recommended S vit D3 and Vit B 12 tests.
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
The pain at the back of head , on pressure only , appears to be muscular since neck muscles are attached there. Since you had pain in the leg also, I would suggest you get S Vit B12, And S Vit D3 , Blood tests to know the exact levels. In deficiency of these vitamins also , you may get this type of pain.
I would recommend vit D3 and Vit B12 supplementation along with hot fomentation and mild pain killers. If the tests are normal, then you may have to consult an orthopedic surgeon.
Thanx for the question. Please feel reff to ask any other question.

Ok I will get the test done. Is there any chance of blood clot or some other neurological disorder as per symptoms?
Brief Answer:
unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion it is unlikely to have a blood clot or neurological disorder so superficial as to be felt on pressure. Skull is a very strong bone and will not allow any Structure inside it to be felt outside.
Thanx
unlikely
