Suggest Treatment For Sudden Nausea And Severe Bloating

Need some more information from you ma'am, thank you
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Before we can find the cause or even suspect it, I may need some more information from you if you do not mind.
+Please check your weight and let me know how much of an increase you observe since the sudden bloating
+Have you been experiencing abnormalities with your menstrual cycle (e.g. irregularities, increased or reduced bleeding, etc.)?
+Your level of physical activity on a scale of 0 to 5; 0 being completely immobile and 5 being on the move almost throughout the day
+Your fluid intake (in litres)
+Your bowel movements since a day prior to the appearance of the bloating (i.e. have you passed your bowels?); whether it was only gas or even stool; etc.
+Could you attach an image of your abdominal region prior to the bloating, just for comparison purposes?
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.

* checked my weight, it's 140.3lbs I'm usually somewhere between 130 and 132lbs
* no changes in my menstrual cycle
* activity level a 4 most days I would say
* fluid intake, around 2 liters a day
* now that I think of it, I didn't move my bowels yesterday. Did the day before though
* added an older picture
Either a case of obstruction or abdominal bloating (various causes)
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Thank you for that information.
That is a significant amount of bloating, and from the information provided I should be suspecting a possible intestinal obstruction. I recommend the following:
+Drink plenty of water
+Try to walk around for a while to help with digestion
+Do not eat anything orally at this point, this is very important (mainly because if at all there is an obstruction some where then the added food is just going to pile up causing some serious complications)
+Visit a clinic for an erect abdominal x-ray and also an enema which should in my opinion help at this juncture
+During your regular doctors visit, request for a check on your sexual hormone levels as a fluctuation can also cause gastric abnormalities like the one you are experiencing now
If at all this is not related to intestinal obstruction, then it could just be excessive gas that can also be easily treated with the help of an enema. Please do consider visit an ER for further management. Pleas also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
