Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis, wash with mild soap, apply cutisoft cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

It is always difficult to comment on rash without examination, so it is better if you upload picture of same.

Based on the information, it looks like contact dermatitis.

Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with XXXXXXX warm water and with mild soap like derma dew.

I would have asked you to apply hydrocortisone ointment like cutisoft three times daily to affected area. In contact dermatitis the pain will also subside with this.

But if pain increases or rash spreads I would suggest you to see dermatologist for examination and exact diagnosis, and if they feel you need to see ENT specialist they will refer you.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,.
