Brief Answer:
Suspecting a stomach ulcer, needs ruling out; if not then change in diet

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Vomiting so soon after a meal indicates a possible stomach ulcer which will require an upper GI endoscopy for confirmation/ruling out. The nausea is a symptom of the ulcer, and so are the stomach cramps.

A hiatal hernia is also a possibility, but will require an erect abdominal x-ray for confirmation. Along with this please do get an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound if it has not already been conducted as it will help to confirm/rule out other causes. If at all, all other causes are ruled out and a fatty liver is found, then a change in diet and lifestyle will be required.

I can help you with details on the diet if that is the case, but all other causes will require ruling out. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
