Brief Answer:
Need to get them removed

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Certain skin types are very pre disposed to develop freckles .
These lesions increase on exposure to sunlight,so it is very important to regularly use a medicated sunscreen every time before going out in the sun .
As far as the treatment of these is concerned, topical drugs alone cannot cure them completely but can only cause a temporary lightening of these .
The effective treatment of these is to get them removed by cautery or radiofrequency or laser removal .

Hope it helps
