Brief Answer:
Use finger splints.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The swan neck deformity is common in EDS due to stretching of the soft tissues.
Splinting of the affected fingers is an important aid to hand function. Oval-8 Finger Splints keep the finger in proper alignment and prevent hyperextension at the PIP joint.
Cerebral blockages and small aneurysms are not commonly seen in EDS. Physical therapy, orthotics an supportive measures according to the symptoms are the main treatments. You can consult an orthopedician for proper finger splints.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
