Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Decaying Of Wisdom Teeth

Question: Hi I have four rotted wisdom teeth they are black and hurt on the left side. I have an anxiety disorder and I am terrified of the denist I am trying to work the anxiety with my therapist in the mean time what can I do for the pain and to make sure I don't get an infection what are the sign I should watch for as far as infection go?

In my opinion best option is extraction of wisdom teeth since they are broken & wisdom teeth are vestigeal & of not much use. You shouldn't be worried about visiting a dentist. They won't harm you. Since you have anxiety problem, its best to control anxiety & get it extracted as early as possible.

Meanwhile best home remedy is apply clove oil pellet in that tooth or take pain killer like tylenol pain relief for pain. Also do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.

Swelling & redness are main signs of infection.Hence whenever you have these symptoms consult dentist for further treatment plan.
