Brief Answer:
Please upload the X-ray.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A fracture can be there or it can be a soft tissue injury since the swelling is not decreasing. It is best to give rest to the foot by either putting a slab around it or using an elastic bandage.
You can upload the X-ray in the box provided on the right hand side of the query page for a better evaluation.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
