I have developed swelling around the outer ankle bone ... a little in front of the bone. The bone itself is a little sore. I thought it might have come from shoes rubbing that area while I walk ... a couple hours a day. I am wrapping it in an ace bandage because I have a dog who needs the walking, and that keeps the swelling down a bit, but it also hurts a little. Torn ligament??
