Suggest Treatment For Swelling Between Testicles And Anus
Question: uh hi. over the past few days i have developed some kind of swelling between my testicles and anus. if i touch it, it feels like a bloated, tubular mass (and is uncomfortable to touch). It is very uncomfortable when walking, sitting, or standing. however when I sit motionless or lay down, the pain disappears.
Based on my googling it may be a swollen perineum, but none of the symptoms why it can be caused really matches my recent activity.

I am so sorry to hear about this swelling and the pain that you have reported. This often happens after bout of constipation or prolonged upright and heavy lifting exercises. Treatment entails controlling the pain with drugs such as Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Regression happens in about 7-10days. Also, try to get your stools soft and avoid activities that provoke or aggravate the pain.

Oh ok, I thought they were only experienced directly around the anus.
I will attach an image (I am very hairy so it is not so clear. Also, there is scarring next to my anus which is unrelated. This was caused by a pilonidal cyst).
