Brief Answer: AS BELOW Detailed Answer: Hello If all the tests are done, then just follow the suggestions given. Try to lose some weight and elevate your legs at night. Restrict salt intake. Immerse your feet and soak them in a tub full of hot water. Endometriosis is notorious for recurrence and relapse, it typically quietens during pregnancy and breastfeeding and again recurs at times. Take care.

Brief Answer: AS BELOW Detailed Answer: If all the tests that I have mentioned are normal, there is no major cause seen for the pain and water retention. Just restrict your salt intake. Metformin will aid in weight loss, but caloric restriction and exercise is a must. Take care.
