Brief Answer:
Seems to be gout

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Intense pain after angioplasty is not common though not impossible.
But if the foot is swollen and red and painful, uric acid may be raised leading to gout.

Get the serum uric acid checked.
Start on colchicine / allopurinol if the test is positive.

Keep the leg elevated over a pillow.
Cold ice packs will help.
Do not apply heat as this may aggravate problems.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
