Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Penis Shaft After Taking Viagra

Question: Hi... Took Viagra n had some intense bareback sex last nite. No discomfort. Had sex again(protected) today n now I notice my penis looking much thicker than it usually is. When I pull back the foreskin from my head it all forms a balloon like swelling in the middle to lower base of penis shaft. Very disconcerting pls help !!! The foreskin does go back to normal position to cover the head on its own without any issues. Further am bensing the penis left right front back without any discomfort.

Why are you taking Viagra ?

Wow this really does ease my mind a lot ! I still do feel the swelling is little more than normal, it's almost like the foreskin seems to have increased n so now when I pull it all the back, it kinda bunches up in the middle to lower end of the shaft. More than usual. Also it may important to note that this was a XXXXXXX experience so anal sex.
Should I send you more pics ? A video would be best.

Lastly, can I safely assume it is not paraphimosis or a penile fracture ? Surely it would pain by bending the dick had it been fractured right ?

I'm trying Viagra so satisfy my wife
