Question: I have a lump under both sides of my chin what could this be?
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Swelling under the chin could be a Lipoma (arising from fat tissue) or a Lymphnode (Submental Lymphnode ).Exact diagnosis will be confirmed by FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology ).
If Lipoma is confirmed, it has to be removed surgically as there is no medical treatment.
If it is a Lymphnodal enlargement due to infection, Antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablets have to be
tried. If there is no response, it has to be removed surgically .
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
