Brief Answer:
wash, ice packs and anti histamine agents

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

Wash the area with water. Apply a cold pack to reduce swelling and pain. In case of itching you can apply calamine lotion to reduce the discomfort. Antihistamine drugs, including diphenhydramine and chlorpheniramine maleate, can reduce itching as well.

It is difficult to asses the condition without examination, i would suggest you to follow the measures as suggested and in case if discomfort increases i suggest you to visit doctor for examination.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
