Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Armpit

Question: 5 days ago felt pain along vein on underside of my forearm. I did not have an injury. Each day the pain became longer going up to my bicep. I went to ER and they ruled out a blood clot and advised muscle strain - which didn't seem right, but I was happy it wasn't a clot. The pain has now gone into my armpit and appears my tendon (or muscle) is protruding. It is only sore when I stretch to reach for something, put my arm up over my head, etc. I now feel the pain down in my hand. Any ideas what is causing this since I didn't have an injury?
Brief Answer:
It could be an enlarged lymphatic vessel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pics.It looks like enlarged lymphatic vessel. Lymph node in the armpit might have got obstructed and lead to this.
Another possibility is Enlarged vein with clot inside.
I prefer a colour doppler of the affected upper limb and proceed according to the report.
Please consult a General surgeon or Vascular surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
