Suggest Treatment For Swollen Penile Veins And Erectile Dysfunction
Question: For years I have had what looks like blockage of the vein or veins under my penus.
I am 49 and do have problems getting a full erection.

Usually the veins under the skin of penis are prominent and visible and it is normal for every male. If your veins have became more convoluted and prominent than you must consult a surgeon or urologist.
Vascular causes for erectile dysfunction are not common at your age unless you have uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes.
In my opinion, you must go for a visit to urologist and get yourself examined for any local pathology and follow his advice.
I would have asked you to go for penil doppler but before that the psychologial causes for erectile dysfunctions are to be ruled out.
