Brief Answer:
It could be due to infection most probably.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Although not a very serious concern, swollen testicles need further investigation with keen physical exam and tests like doppler ultrasound.
It could be due to infection most probably. Kindly consult your local surgeon/urologist and get yourself examined.

Thank you Dr. Poola....!!
Yes, I am planning to see my urologist asap.
In USA this is a weekend holiday. You don't find anyone available until Tuesday.
In the meantime, is there anything I can do to help me with this testicles inflammation...??
thanks again and have great day/evening,....!!!

Brief Answer:
anti-inflammatory medication
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If available OTC, you can take an anti-inflammatory medication provided you do not have any kidney or liver problems. Ibuprofen would be available. Common side effects of this include increased gastric acidity.
