Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for asking query.
You can attach the report here or can mail it to YYYY@YYYY with subject as ATTN: Dr Arun along with query id. They will send me the report.
But Considering that your HIV status is non-reactive. I want to add that CMV has better out come in the HIV non reactive status or in non immunosuppression patients.
There are various treatment option available like gancyclovir, valacyclovir and foscarnet. Each should be weighted according to patients condition and given accordingly.
You can send me the report for further help to you.
Thank you.

Healthy people can transmit infections....
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX,
I believe all your questions are about CMV and SMV as you have typed. Let me know if I am wrong.
CMV can sheds in the infected persons saliva and other body fluids. So person can be infected with the kissing of the infected person. It can also transmits sexually, through organ transplantation etc.
If the healthy individual who is not having any infection develops disease with the CMV than it will be cured as such and no treatment is required. But if person with compromised immune system met with the infection than it can develop into chronic infection.
Though some drugs can affect the infections like gancyclovir and valacyclovir, they are not licenced for the treatment. But as per the clinical situation your doctor can use it.
In healthy individuals infection won't come back but in compromised immune system person it can remain as chronic infection.
As I mentioned you earlier it can transmit through saliva. So kissing can transmit the infection.
So safe thing you should avoid date and possible sexual exposure to your GF.
As you are mentioning that you are healthy there is no need to take any medication. The infection will pass it on its own.
I have gone through the reports you attached again.
You can ask me for further queries here.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
