Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wife gone through ELISA test and found out below results... 1.TOXOPLASMA GONDII(TOXO) - IgG-3.22 OD Ratio 2.RUBELLA(RUB) - IgG - 0.16 OD Ratio 3.CYTOMEGALO VIRUS (CMV) - IgG - 3.89 OD Ratio 4.HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV) - IgG - 3.39 OD Ratio..... how critical is the presence of the above virus in the present ratio and how to get rid of this....pls help us...
Did you test mention if it was positive or negative? Just because a ratio was mentioned, it does not mean that you wife is having an active infection. Without confirming the infection, there is no point in discussing how to get rid of the infection. Also, all of these infections are not interrelated and I'm not sure why all of these tests were done at the same time in the first place. Would it be possible for you to provide a clinical history so as to proceed on this further. Thank you!
