Question : some times left side is Tingling

some times as well in mid of sleep am feeling that my left hand side is fell into numbness

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain and numbness of hand especially in night or sleep can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Is there any history of diabetes, Joint diseases, blood sugar, excessive weight gain?
Nerve conduction study will be helpful in making a diagnosis.
Blood investigation like Thyroid profile, blood sugar should be done.
Treatment comprises physiotherapy, drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin.
