Squamous blepharitis
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
My personal feeling is that a lid margin problem is to be tackled with primarily lid margin application of medication.Eye drops do not effect the lid margin and they are effective only on the eyeball. You will be having good improvement in one week and almost cured in 2 weeks. We get such patients in a large numbers and all of them respond well to treatment.
watering due to computers is a different matter and first these scales on eyelashes are to be managed. Also you have to manage dandruff in scalp also with anti dandruff shampoo.

doctor i also visited dermatologist and she gave me ketobar shampoo and rexizol b lotion
she said me to use the shampoo twice a week for 6 months and after that once a week for the dandruff on my scalp
now i used the shampoo for 45 days and dandruff on the scalp is reduced now
for dandruff on my eye lashes i am using systane lid wipes daily
so by all these my tear production will be restored as earlier or not
for the past 1 year i used computer more times every day and i do not have any problem at that time
problem appeared 6 months after the itching on eyelashes started
so if blepharitis is cured my tear production will be restored as earlier or not
