Brief Answer:
Computer vision syndrome to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Since your eyes and sight were tested and resulted okay, vision problems are excluded as potential culprit about your symptoms.

If you spend many time in front of a screen, and there are glares reflecting off the monitor, low light settings, air moving in the room that may dry the eyes etc. you may suffer from computer visions syndrome, a condition caused by irritated and strained eyes, and equilibrium issues due to continuous scrolling.

In the other hand, if you are not a regular computer and screen user, besides vision issues and ear infection that have been ruled out, inner ear dysfunction should be considered by consulting an ENT Doctor and having done a brain MRI.

If passing too much time in front of a screen , is necessary to follow some tips such periodic pauses, use of eye drops to avoid dryness, correct room and screen light settings, eyebrows massage, close eyes periodically etc.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

Brief Answer:
Similar to motion sickness.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Even the name of the syndrome is related to computers, this syndrome represents a similar condition with motion sickness.

You may feel dizzy and nauseous after using your smartphone too, after looking at TV screen etc.

To relieve this you can stare at the horizon from time to time, use chewing gum, take deep breaths from time to time etc.

Try to minimize screen time.

About inner ear dysfunction, it is necessary for get evaluated by an ENT Doctor, if the computer vision syndrome or digital sickness syndrome doesn't improve after these measures.

It is a curable condition.

Hope I helped you.

Kind regards.
