Brief Answer:
slight inflammation of hair follicle, ingrown hair.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and had gone thorough the picture you have provided.

I can tell that it is nothing abnormal in that area and for sure nothing to worry about.
The tiny bumps that you might feel, might just be skin irritation due to hair removing. The skin in this area is very sensitive and can be irritated quickly.
They also might be just ingrown hair or slight inflammation of hair follicle.
These are very common and since you don't have any kind of discomfort like pain, itching or discharge , you have nothing to worry about.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
