Question: Hi..

Heart rate drops to 40 . Chest pain on 20 min shuffle jog. Not change in fitness for better in 20 yrs. Need vitc. 5 grams. Executive b and some giseng to stop fatigue which is severe. Poor diet due to financial reasons. now different.
palpitations. arm pain. mind numbing fatigue.
Use exercise bike SLOWLY daily. if I do not get circulation going I get dizzy.

You are most welcome. But any complaint at your age should not be ignored and thus fully evaluated.
Seeing your weight definitely risk is very less but if symptoms are there, they must be due to an underlying cause which can be serious or a general age related change.
