Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Metastatic Multiple Myeloma

Thank you so much for your kindness.. I was pretty sure that's what it would be. The interesting thing is that no one has done a biopsy...because of the cost and Affordable Health Care Act.... Very Sad.. I'm not sad or depressed.. it Had To Be Something!. I'm a very spiritual person and I can get by with that.. Because they can't see it My Immediate Family Treats Me Like I'm Just a Lazy So and So.. I wish they could know what it takes for me to do the regular things that are done.. I wish for you a Wonderful New Year.. Thank You Again.. XXXXXXX XXXX
It's multiple myeloma
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of possible metastases. The medical history says you have multiple myeloma. This is a malignancy and it spreads very rapidly affecting all parts of the body .
As it spreads very quickly many patients are detected late and by the time it's spread so much that the therapies are useless.
The only option left thereafter is palliative care.
I hope that the information contained in this message will help. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
Brief Answer:
Doesn't always need biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your response.
Multiple myeloma doesn't always need biopsy.
Sometimes blood tests are suggestive enough.
And metastases can be made out in ultrasound and x rays.
Sorry to be of limited help.
