Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.
It appears to be peripheral neuropathy by history. I would suggest you to get a Nerve conduction studies, blood sugar, vitamin B12 and other investigations which can depend upon Nerve conduction studies results and neurological examination.
Medicines like Pregabalin, duloxetine, gabapentin, amitriptyline can be taken and have potential to improve the symptoms significantly.Along with methylcobalamin supplementation can be taken.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Nerve conduction studies?
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up with details.
Of course, that might have appeared a standard answer to you, however, that is the firstline treatment of neuropathy. If gabapentin is not helping, then alternative drug(pregabalin and duloxetine) should be tried. How is your Nerve conduction studies? It would be wiser to get it done for the confirmation of diagnosis.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer them.
